Argassi beach lies in front of the tourist resort, just 5 kilometres from the capital of Zakynthos. Argassi Zante is a long golden sandy beach that extends one km and offers a wide range of water sports facilities. The resort offers many types of accommodations, taverns, bars and shops. It is not one of the best beaches you can find in Zakynthos but it has many pubs and visitors can easily come and go throughout the day.
